Things to do in Electronic City

Electronic City is the tech township on Hosur Road in the far south, home to Infosys and dozens of other campuses. Events are mostly professional or residential: developer meetups, hackathons and company-hosted conferences on weekdays, and weekend flea markets, cultural nights and sports tournaments in the apartment townships. Mall food courts and brewpubs add stand-up and live music. Getting here changed in August 2025, when the Yellow Line opened from RV Road to Bommasandra with stations at Electronic City and Infosys Foundation Konappana Agrahara; change from the Green Line at RV Road. Trains are less frequent than on the older lines, so check timings.
