About NICE Grounds, Madavara
NICE Grounds is the open ground at Madavara on Tumakuru Road, beside the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, that promoters use for stadium-scale concerts. It is a temporary set-up rather than a permanent arena: stages, barricades, stands and food courts are built for each show. Ed Sheeran played two nights here on 8 and 9 February 2025, concert listings show Def Leppard in March 2026 and the Scorpions in April 2026, and Fred again.. is booked for 13 December 2026 as the last stop of his first India tour. The Green Line reached Madavara in November 2024, which gives concert-goers an alternative to the highway, where traffic backs up badly after big shows.
